The planning statement and all other documents submitted to the council can be found on the Maidstone Borough Council Planning Portal or are available from the selling agent s offices. The total floor area that has been consented extends to approximately 377 m² partly over two stories with both dwellings being of identical size and layout. The design and external appearance has been approved to provide accommodation in both units as follows:- The front door will open to Entrance Hall with opening to open plan living accommodation including Kitchen, Dining Area and Living Area and further doors to Bedroom 2 (double), Bedroom 3 (double), Bedroom 4 (Double), Snug and Family Bathroom. Stairs will lead to the first floor where there will be the Master Bedroom with walk in dresser and en suite bathroom. The Boundary Plan shows the area that is being offered for sale which measures approximately 0.83 acres. This does not include the access of Stone Stile Road to the northwest.
