Application No m, Grid Reference : Planning Permission was granted in October 2015 subject to a number of conditions, which form an integral part of this brochure, and these conditions must be read in conjunction with this brochure. The first condition states that the development permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 years from the date of the permission, the second condition being that the development hereby approved shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved plans (drawings nos. 14/744.03a, 14/744.05b, 14/744.06, 14/744.04a) and the schedule of materials indicated thereon. All of the remaining conditions are outlined in the consent, together with the reasons for those conditions.
