2 SITUATION The property stands within Paignton close to the various amenities of this popular town. It is a short distance off the main Paignton to Totnes road with good road links to the surrounding towns and regions. DIRECTIONS From Totnes, proceed along the Paignton road and as you enter Paignton passing the Zoo on your right hand side, a short distance further on there is a turning on your right into Hayes Road. If approaching from Paignton centre, proceed out on the Goodrington Road (A379) and take a right turning into St. Michaels Road. Approximately a tenth of a mile down this turning you turn left onto Batson Gardens with the property, as previously mentioned, identified with a sale board. CONSTRUCTION Built of masonry walls, part rendered under a corrugated sheeted and felted roof, with two up and over vehicular doors, windows and personnel door. The buildings external measurements are 14m x 10.7m.
