2 Situation and Description Located about 3 miles from the busting moorland town of Bovey Tracey within The Dartmoor National Park and only a short distance from Haytor Rocks and 5 1/2 miles to the market town of Newton Abbot. The A38 Devon Express way is within about 2 miles. Land The land which has a gentle southerly slope is at present under grass and has previously grown corn and other arable crops it is fenced in places and has access to fresh drinking water from a stream fed drinking area at the southern end of the field. There are 2 gates giving access to the council highway adjacent to Middlecott Hill. The proposed building will be sited within an enclosed area at the southern end of the land with access onto the public road. Rendells Newton Abbot Office (01626) Directions Leave Newton Abbot and take the Bovey Tracey road follow to Drum Bridges roundabout over the A38 continue to Bovey Tracey following signs for Moretonhampstead at the roundabout at the end of the Bovey straight by the Texaco garage take the second exit signed to Bovey Tracey and Moretonhampstead continue to the next roundabout by the fire Station and take the first exit signed Haytor, Manaton bear left at next junction ( Five Wyches) for Haytor, Widecombe continue uphill past the Edgemoor Hotel and Ullacombe Farm continue uphill over the cattle grid and after about 200 yards look for a signpost on your left to Green Lane turn left here and drive downhill looking for a turning to your right. Turn right here and the field is located to your right and is marked with RENDELLS Sale Boards. Alternatively Go on the A38 Drumbridges roundabout, take the exit for Liverton, follow this road for 300 yards and take th first right hand turn onto the Old Liverton Road signposted Ilsington. Continue on this road for just over 3 miles through the village of Ilsington, and on towards haytor, turn right as you leave Ilsington, go down the lane signposted Trumpeter, go along the road down the hill past some cottages on the left and then bear right to Middlecott Green Housewhere you will see Rendells for Sale sign on the gate at the bottom entrance to the field.
