Alternatively Go on the A38 Drumbridges roundabout, take the exit for Liverton, follow this road for 300 yards and take th first right hand turn onto the Old Liverton Road signposted Ilsington. Continue on this road for just over 3 miles through the village of Ilsington, and on towards haytor, turn right as you leave Ilsington, go down the lane signposted Trumpeter, go along the road down the hill past some cottages on the left and then bear right to Middlecott Green Housewhere you will see Rendells for Sale sign on the gate at the bottom entrance to the field.
