PLANNING PERMISSION Planning permission was granted on 10 th June 1981 authorising the use of part of Lecha Farm as a Caravan Site. The permission was granted by Preseli District Council ref No DN/81/529 (copies available upon request). It is understood that various drainage works have been completed by the previous owner that constitute an implementation of the consent, but prospective purchasers must make their own enquiries in this regard.
