It has the benefit of excellent roadside frontage to the B4293 Trelleck road. The town of Chepstow is about 7 miles distant. DIRECTIONS From Chepstow Racecourse take the B4293 road towards Devauden. In the village of Devauden bear left continuing on the B4293 and the land will be found on the left hand side of the road after about one mile. TENURE The property is freehold and offered with vacant possession upon completion. SINGLE FARM PAYMENT Lots 1 and 2 are registered under the Single Payment Scheme.
