There are 2 bridleways across the golf course which is only a short hack away, further riding out can be had off Hurstwood Equestrian Centre, Grosvenor Park and Sweethorns. Show centres include Chelwood Gate, Golden Cross, Petley Wood and Brendon Stud. LAND & GROUNDS The land at the farm is approx. 30 acres (*TBV) with some woodland. It gently slopes away from the main yard and offers views into the valley a the bottom. One field also has road frontage. The acreage stated at the property is 'TBV - *To Be Verified', which means that the land has not been measured formally by Equus and its sellers/clients other than by obtaining the Title Plan from Land registry with the acreage clearly marked where available.
