It now offers a home of much character being of traditional stone and slate construction with crow stepped gables. There is a coat of arms and date stone of 1702 above with the traditional oak studded entrance door. Internally the property is formed over 2 floors. It comprises an entrance hall, lounge with large fireplace and a log burning stove, breakfasting kitchen, inner hall, bathroom with 3 piece white suite and electric shower, upper landing and 2 double bedrooms. There is an oil fired central heating system and a range of in built storage space.
