4 Directions From Edinburgh cross the Forth Road Bridge and take the M90 north. Exit the motorway at Junction 3 and take the A92 Fife link road following the signs towards the Tay Road Bridge. Continue past Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes. At the roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway, 4 miles beyond Glenrothes, turn right onto the A914 to Cupar. In Cupar turn right onto the A91 signposted to St Andrews. Continue through Dairsie and go straight on at the roundabout. After 2 miles you will see a large group of mature trees where the gates and driveway to Eden Mansion are located on the left-hand side before the village of Guardbridge. Enter the gates past the Lodge and follow the drive through the mature trees until you come to the mansion.

Description Eden Mansion is a grand and imposing Victorian mansion dating from The house was built by the Haig family who also owned a distillery in the nearby village of Guardbridge as well as most of the surrounding farmland. The Haig family are renowned as Scotland s oldest whisky distillers, their most notable family member being the 1st Earl Haig. 10 Accommodation A magnificent arched front doorway under the tower with a balcony above and a solid timber door gives access to an impressive entrance hall which in turn leads onto the grand reception hall which has a majestic original oak staircase leading up past the large stained glass window to the first floor gallery providing access to six out of the eight bedrooms and tower room. Polished oak flooring flows throughout the house complementing the large panelled doors. The morning room has two large bay windows to the south and west with working window shutters. There is beautiful decorative cornicing and a ceiling rose which enhance the grandeur of this room. There is an ornate marble mantel and hearth with living flame gas fire.
