The facades feature quite a few clear sheets and well as windows providing lots of natural light. The indoor arena (approx. 50x22 meters) has a professional footing and a wooden kick wall.

9 Barn: The barn is constructed from insulated, prefab concrete slabs with masonry motif, steel trusses and the insulated roof is covered with asbestos-free corrugated sheets. At the location of sections II and III the roof has a single wide skylight over the entire length of the roof ridge. The barn consists of three parts, which are separated from each other by a sliding door. The layout of the barn offers plenty of possibilities for (partial) renting. Part I is separated from part II by a sliding door and is also accessible via the adjacent storage area. Part I is equipped with nine stalls (in U-shape), two wash boxes, a solarium, a tack room, as well as men's and women's rest rooms. The luxurious horse stalls have hardwood boards and galvanized bar front and partition walls with sliding doors and brick rear facades.

10 The wash boxes have hot and cold water and a concrete floor. The concrete walls are partly covered with rubber. The solarium, like the rest of the barn, has stone paving. The spacious tack room is finished with a floor of concrete pavers and a custom-made, luxurious interior (Sebo) consisting of fixed cabinets, a worktop with a sink and a refrigerator. The men's and women's toilets are both partly tiled and have wall-hung toilets and a small wash basin.

11 Stable area II is accessible from the yard through sliding doors in the front and rear facades and features eight stalls, two washing boxes and a tack room. The stalls (approx. 350x350, Corton) have hardwood boards and galvanized bar front walls with sliding doors, concrete partitions and rear walls and a Dutch window.

12 The tack room has a tiled floor and a tailor-made interior (Sebo), consisting of a cupboard wall and a worktop with a sink. A storage attic is located above the tack room. The wash boxes have a concrete floor, concrete walls and hot and cold water. Stable part III features twelve stalls and is accessible from the yard through a sliding door in the side facade. The stalls (approx. 350x350, Corton) have hardwood boards and galvanized bar front walls with sliding doors, concrete partitions and rear walls and a Dutch window.

13 Storage area The large storage area (approx. 10x25 meters) is situated in an overhang at the location of the first barn section. The storage area is provided with a smooth concrete floor, constructed from sheet piling with a masonry plinth and the roof is covered with corrugated sheets, which are partly clear. The storage area is accessible from the yard through a large sliding door. The silos and a workshop are situated here. Other facilities: Outside arena: The outside arena (approx. 50 x 35m) is located at the front of the barn and has drainage, a professional footing and a wooden fence.

14 Horse walker: The covered horse walker is suitable for six horses and the walls are made of hardwood and windbreak gauze. The roof is covered with asbestos-free corrugated sheets. Lunge pen: The lunge pen is fenced with hardwood and has a professional footing. Manure storage: The manure storage is finished with a liquid-tight floor.

15 Pasture: The pasture is divided into various paddocks. The paddocks are fenced with hardwood.
