The first floor contains a reception area/apartment with a kitchen, shower room, toilet and two (bed)rooms. The storage area is finished with a brick paved floor and furnished with a simple kitchenette. The partly tiled toilet area is equipped with a toilet and the meter cabinet. 11 Barn I: The first barn consists of a workshop and two equal units, which each feature four stalls. On the left side of the barn there is a double carport. The workshop is accessible from the yard through French doors and is equipped with a brick paved floor, brick walls and an insulated roof. The barn area is constructed of masonry with steel trusses and the roof features a skylight in the ridge. The floor is hardened with concrete pavers. The right unit has four horse stalls, custom made tack lockers and a sink with hot and cold water. In this unit there is the option to install a solarium.

12 The left unit has four stalls and features tailor-made, heated tack lockers. There is also a sink with hot and cold water. This unit is already equipped with a solarium. All stalls (approx. 4 x 3.5m) have hardwood and galvanized rotatable fronts with sliding doors and hardwood and galvanized partitions and rear walls. The double carport (approx. 9 x 8m) has a tiled floor, steel trusses and an insulated roof. The carport is also equipped with automatic (LED) lighting, a water connection and is nicely finished with oak beams.

13 Barn II: The second barn is equipped with five stalls, a wash box, a tack room, a laundry room and a solarium. The barn is constructed of masonry with steel trusses and the roof is insulated. Sliding doors in the front and rear facades offer access to the barn from the yard. The five stalls have hardwood and galvanized rotatable fronts with a sliding door. The partitions and rear walls are covered with rubber. Four stalls measure approx. 3.5 x 3m, one is slightly bigger measuring approx. 4 x 3.5m.

14 The wash box has hot and cold water and a rubber floor with tiled walls. The heated laundry room has a brick paved floor, a kitchen unit and connections for washing equipment. The tack room is also heated and furnished with tack lockers. The floor is paved with brick pavers. Pony shed: The detached pony shed is made of wood and the roof is covered with roof tiles. The shed offers space for two ponies and is equipped with water and electricity. Other facilities Outdoor arena: The wood-fenced outdoor arena (approx. 60 x 30m) has a professional footing with drainage.

15 Horse walker: The covered horse walker was installed in 2016 and suitable for six horses. The walker is fenced with wood and windbreak mesh, while the roof is made of asbestos-free corrugated sheets. The floor is made of concrete with a layer of sand on it. There is automatic sprinkling. Lunge pen: The lunge pen is fenced with a beech hedge and has a professional footing.
