Cumrew is situated just off the B6413 which runs between Brampton, Castle Carrock, Kirkoswald and Lazonby and the position of the land is shown on the following plans. For sat-nav purposes use CA8 9DG although as this is a rural area, the postcode will take you slightly south of the land. The land is registered with the Rural Payments Agency and the entitlements to the Basic Payment Scheme are not included in the sale.
