6 DETAILED PLANNING CONSENT Detailed planning consent ( quoting Refs: Plot 1-09/02229/AML, Plot 2-08/00662/OUT Plot 3-12/00595/FLL and Plot 3-09/02230/AML) has been given for the plots. Plans showing proposed floorplans, elevations and plot layouts are annexed and can also be viewed at via the above online links. It is likely that the planners will look favorably on smaller houses than those currently proposed should purchasers so wish. The Architect, Yeoman McAllister will be happy to discuss other proposals. Planning consent was secured for the plots because they form part of a cluster that will end up being a hamlet of six houses. MAINS/ELECTRICITY It is expected that the purchasers will service the plots. The Selling Agents have applied for mains electricity connections quotations. The main electricity line comes up from Dunning and splits at the entrance to Mains of Duncrub. One line to Dalreoch and onwards and the other to Mains of Duncrub. The Water pipe is on the RHS of the road going south (the right side for taking supply to the plots). DRAINAGE Each plot will require a separate septic tank/private sewage treatment plant.
