3 DIRECTIONS From Edinburgh proceed over the Forth Road Bridge and exit at junction 1C and take the A985/A921 exit to Dalgety Bay/ Inverkeithing. At the roundabout take the 3 rd exit. Proceed towards and through Aberdour and as you come into Burntisland the plot is on the right before the road descends down into Burntisland. LOCAL FACILITIES Burntisland provides a good range of facilities including shops, a railways station, primary school and a beach. There is also a golf course. 7 Foul and Water Drainage 25,000 has been spent to provide a connection for both foul and surface drainage. Bett Homes incorporated the drainage facility as part of the overall drainage scheme for the new houses that lie to the south and below the plots for sale. Previous Planning Consent Planning consent was given for a four bedroom house on a site slightly east of the most recent house that was consented. It cost about 35,000 to secure the current consented house. As part of Ken Simpson of McGregor McMahon Civil Engineers sank boreholes and verified foundations structural requirements for the new house. A further 6000 was spent on a contamination survey to comply with the consent. Services mains water, mains electricity and mains gas were installed into the original house. New fence- A 6 foot high parameter fence has been built round the east, south and west of the house plot(s). Road Access The previous owners moved the stone parameter wall back to secure planning consent for the previously consented house to comply with Fife Council Road Department visibility splay requirements.
