4 Development Access Parking The conversion of the ground and first floor Class A3 restaurant to Class C3 residential to form 8No. self contained flats arranged over the ground and first floors as follows: - i). 6No. two bed flats ii). 2No. one bed flats. The development is due to be completed mid to end of February There are no proposed alterations to access, only use of the existing access as follows:- Access to Flats 1 and 2 will be via the existing unaltered main entrance doors at the front of the property on the North Elevation on Priestgate. To the left of the building is access to the existing car parking area via metal electronically operated gates and a pedestrian gate operated via a new door entry system and keypad access.
