Currently set for 14 covers, there is room for more if required. Tastefully decorated the room features a high ceiling, cornicing and a decorative light fitting. The room also features an open fireplace with decorative stone surround on a slate hearth. The Dining Room uniquely houses a baby grand piano, for those musically inclined. There is also built in shelving with various books and games for guests to enjoy. To the rear of the hall is the warm and welcoming Guest Lounge with wood burning stove. The room is decorated with a selection of soft furnishings providing a comfortable seating area for guests. Large windows overlook the rear garden. On the opposite side of the hallway is a room currently utilised as an office/owners lounge. There is also another hallway with access to the boiler room, staff WC and kitchen. The semicommercial kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units providing ample storage and workspace, along with a kitchen island in the centre with stools surrounding. The room benefits from integrated appliances including; fridge, oven, grill, microwave and gas hobs with overhead extractor. The kitchen in turn provides access to the utility room which currently houses the additional fridge, freezers, washing machine and tumble dryers.
