2 Location St. George s Hill is known to be perhaps the most exclusive private estate in the U.K. It is manned by security guards and the estate is a natural area some 500 feet above sea level and extending to 900 acres. It is entirely built in a double insulated monolitic concrete construction and has double glazed aluminium windows with a special tinted glass. The villa is heated through two gas boilers with an underfloor system with individual thermostats in all the main rooms thus making it possible to individually select the desired temperature in all the main rooms. Futhermore, the underfloor heating system ensures that the marble floors are comfortably heated whenever necessary. The villa was constructed with maintenance in mind. A special rendering and quartz paint offer low maintenance.

Furthermore there is an internal telephone system covering most of the rooms and linking the Villa with the cottage and garage. The majority of the materials used were especially imported from Italy to meet the highest specification such as the Callagata Carrara marble slabs used in the main reception hall, double staircase, upper landing, staircase and landing to the pool area, dining room and the lounge.
