The site is accessed from the via the Tolvaddon junction this is the most significant interchange off the main arterial route serving the Camborne / Pool / Redruth conurbation. 4 The Site 0 A3 The Surrounding Areas The site lies close to the existing retail development of Camborne Business Park, near the centre of Pool. It is well connected by road to the surrounding areas, providing a convenient retail location to both the immediate local population, and those from further afield. The newly built Kerrier Way directly links the site to surrounding residential areas. 47 Cornwall College Heartlands Development Camborne Retail Park The recently developed Heartlands project is a short distance to the north east of the site, providing a significant boost to the local area. Within Heartlands is a new tourist attraction in the former tin mining buildings, a community centre, creative hub, landscaped garden, and residential provision. Units 1-6 will provide retail provision, Unit 7 will be the largest unit and most suitable for a food store operators, Units 8-9 will suit food and beverage outlets and D2 users.
