3 Situation Kai Tak is set in one of the most sought after waterfront locations in the UK. With its naturally mild climate and award winning beaches, Polzeath, the Camel Estuary and the North Cornish Coast attracts families and holiday makers alike. 4 Kai Tak Having completed construction in Spring 2018, Kai Tak has been meticulously designed by Michael Tarring Architects to take advantage of the magnificent views over Polzeath Beach to Pentire Head and the Atlantic Ocean.
