37 FROM M25 CLOCKWISE Leave the M25 at junction 21 and join the M1 northbound signposted The North, Luton. Leave the M1 at junction 10 and join the A1081 to Luton. Leave the A1081 at the Gipsy Lane junction following signs for Wheathampstead (B653). At the roundabout take the second exit onto the B653, continue ahead at the next roundabout. Remain on the B653 for 3.5 miles, turn left onto the B652 towards Kimpton. Continue into Kimpton onto the High Street, you will see a large open field on your left, shortly after turn right onto Lloyd Way. We are situated on the right hand side. SAT NAV: SG4 8QS FROM M25 ANTICLOCKWISE Leave the M25 at junction 23 and join the A1(M) to Hatfield. Leave the A1(M) at junction 6 into Welwyn. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Welwyn By Pass, continue ahead at the next roundabout. Take the first exit at the next roundabout onto the B656. At the next roundabout onto the B656 towards Codicote. Continue into Codicote through the village, you will pass The Goat Pub on your right, take the second left after onto Heath Lane towards Kimpton (The Bell Motel on right). Continue into Kimpton, continue straight at the junction with the B651. You will pass Kimpton Primary School on your left, continue for 300 metres and turn left onto Lloyd Way.
