4 Description Former St. Kevin s Hospital The subject property comprises the former St. Kevin s Hospital, St. Dymphna s Unit, St Kevin s Church and a number of maintenance workshops and stores extending to an area of approx. 8,000 sq.m. The entire offering is situated on an elevated site with spectacular views, sloping in a north to south direction extending to approx hectares : acres laid out in three principle tiers. The principal buildings comprise; Former St. Kevin s Hospital building comprises a four storey over basement building and is constructed with traditional masonry block, red brick and limestone block façade and timber frame sliding sash single glazed windows with a yellow brick window arch.
