3 GENERAL NOTES The tenants are very happy here and are really looking after the property. It is very clean and tidy and everything is in good condition. They have made it their home, looked after the garden and even painted the fence. They raised a couple of concerns, such as where the ceiling is cracked and bowing in the living room to the far left corner of the room. They are also slightly concerned about the back fence and gate as it doesn't seem very strong and moves in the wind, and they suggested maybe at some point the living room be repainted in the area's where it is flaking off. SPACES Inside Notes: The inside of the property is very clean and tidy and the tenants are looking after it well. All flooring is immaculate, and the walls have very few marks except for any left before. Page 1 of 29

4 Kitchen Used The tile effect vinyl flooring is in good condition with no marks. The painted walls and tiles are in a fair condition. The cabinets and units are in good condition, and the oven, gas hob, washing machine and stainless steel sink with mixer tap are all in good working order , , , , Page 2 of 29

10 Living Room / Dining Room Used The living room/diner is in good condition. The tenants have kept the carpets clean and the walls are as they were when they moved in. The ceiling in one corner has cracked and is bowing and the tenants are a little concerned about it. The fence has recently been painted green by the tenants.
