3 SCHEDULE OF CONDITION Condition Smoke Alarms Note Smoke detector located to hallway is fully functional SPACES Entrance Hallway 15/11/ :23 (GMT) at 15/11/ :21 (GMT) at 15/11/ :21 (GMT) at Tenant is having issues with the front door as when it is closed it leaves a gap in the bottom of the exterior part of the front door, this does look like the seal has worn or is misplaced. The hallway is in a good condition with the tenant maintaining to a high standard. Living Room 15/11/ :26 (GMT) at Few lived in markings to the walls and a slight fracture noticed to the wall by the table but nothing overly concerning as it appears to just be from where the paint has dried. No major defects noticed to area with the tenant making a good effort to maintain. Page 1 of 8

There is also a shower curtain provided by the tenants to the bath but this was down during my visit. The tenant explained that her husband was cleaning and re-doing the grouting due to the mould marks not being able to come out and he will also be re-doing the sealant. The area is being maintained to a high standard by the tenant. Page 3 of 8
