3 Location Glanysig is located in an elevated position with outstanding views to the Welsh coast and Cardigan Bay. The coast is only a short walk away, with a range of activities on your doorstep. Glanysig is just outside the village communities of Llanon and Llanrhystud. Accessed from the A487 the property is approximately 60 miles from the M4 while the nearby station of Aberystwyth has trains to both Shrewsbury and direct to Birmingham New Street. Glanysig is located within easy access of both Aberaeron and Aberystwyth, 4 and 12 miles respectively. Aberaeron is a beautiful harbour town often referred to as the jewel of the Cardigan Bay, and is a thriving tourist destination with a wide range of hotels, fine restaurants, cafes and bars. Aberystwyth town is generally regarded as the capital of Mid Wales and several institutions have regional or national offices there. Aberystwyth is a major tourist centre and a cultural link between North Wales and South Wales. 4 The Property The current owners have undertaken an extensive programme of refurbishment to create a stylish and extremely well presented home.
