Potential for a significant country house If a substantial country house could be built at Wield Wood, it would create a superb small estate. Currently planning permission for such a house does not exist however Strutt and Parker and BCM on behalf of their client have submitted an application for Prior Approval to develop a barn under the 2014/15 General Permitted Development Order.
