There are 2 four bay, steel framed, open fronted barns and a Dutch barn situated along the main track which provides access to the land. Please note the chemical and water tanks are specifically excluded. There is a public footpath running along the track from the A350 and through the field at the far end of this parcel.

5 Lot 2 extends to about 193 acres, of which about 160 acres are arable, 23 acres are pasture land and just over 9 acres are woodland. A small barn is situated on the southern boundary.
