4 Moor House Farm The long drive leads past the woodland and fields, passing the farm buildings to the left and to the farm house on the right. The path in front of the house passes through formally planted lavender beds to the open porch and front door. The entrance hall leads to the sitting room, the staircase and the drawing room with its inglenook fireplace and log burning stove, which in turn leads to the large kitchen/breakfast room with a four oven Aga, traditional handmade English cupboards, walk in larder and coat cupboard. The kitchen leads to the second boot room, and to the laundry room, wc and dairy kitchen. The dairy kitchen opens onto the dining room which leads to the rear hall with wet room, WC, wine room and boot room off. The study, with log burning stove leads off the boot room as does the sitting room, also with log burning stove. The layout is similar to that of a Devon longhouse and the ground floor has been designed in such a way that a separate apartment can be created within the existing layout.
