3 Main House The Red House is believed to date from around 1820 with later additions, and became a landmark village house due to its esteemed ownership, including Sir Philip Rose of nearby Rayners and has been used in filming of the TV cook Mary Berry s life story, to capture the period she and her husband, Paul lived in the property.
