Up to sxty (60%) of the spaces may be compact car spaces. C. Vstor parkng have a maxmum of twenty fve compact car spaces. SECTON 8. PLANNNG REQUREMENTS 1 A. That a mnmum sx (6) foot hgh, sx (6) nch wde decoratve maso ry block wall, to the approval of the planbn9 Dvson, be constructed along all prdperty lnes where such property lnes abut qesdentally used or zoned land and land zoned 0 (open space). The heght of sbch wall shall be determned by the Plannbg Dvson after consultaton wth abuttnq property owners. B. That landscapng, as requred n Secton 6 above, provde ground er (ntermedate and vertcal suffcent to buffer al and school uses. C. The Secton 6 shall One cover all ground areas. D. n addton to other lan scapng requred by ths Secton, landscap d areas desgned to buffer adjacent pr perty from the actvtes on the lot shall be nstalled and mantaned n acco dance wth the followng requrements: 1. A landscaped area of bot less than ten (10) feet and not exceedng twenty
