(the "Assocaton"), a Texas non-proft corporaton, whch s governed by ts Board of Drectors (the "Board") s charged wth admnsterng and enforcng those certan covenants, condtons and restrctons contaned n the recorded Declaraton of Covenants, Condtons and Restrctons for Forest Cove Secton, fled of record n Galveston County, Texas on February 6, 2004, under Clerk's Fle No. GAC and the Refled Declaraton of Covenants, Condtons and Restrctons for Forest Cove Secton, fled of record n Galveston County, Texas on July 5, 2005, under Clerk's Fle No. GAC (hereafter collectvely referred to as the "Deed Restrctons"); and WHEREAS, the Board s duly authorzed to enact ths Forest Cove Secton Homeowners Assoc.'s Gudelnes for Submttng Constructon Plans Polcy; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Deed Restrctons, the Board of Drectors (the "Board") of the Assocaton hereby adopts ths Polcy n an effort to provde Owners wth a better understandng ofthe process of submttng Constructon Plans. GUDELNES FOR SUBMTTNG YOUR CONSTRUCTON PLANS 1. Please read Forest Cove Secton Homeowners' Assocaton Covenants and Deed Restrctons. These can be found on our webste: 2. Your Constructon Plans need to conform to Forest Cove's Covenants and Deed Restrctons. Attached s the ACC Form whch sets out what s requred. 3. Please provde us wth a full set of 24" x 36" Constructon Plans (Engneered Stamped Plans are not requred for ACC's revew). No emaled plans wll be accepted. 4. Submt your Constructon Plans to one of our Board Members (see our webste for contact nformaton for the Board Members). n addton to your Constructon Plans, please submt a check n the amount of$ to cover the Archtect's revew fee. 5. One of the above Board Members wll revew your Constructon Plans to ensure that enough detal has been provded for submsson of your Constructon Plans to the Archtectural Control Commttee (ACC). 6. 2 7. The three members ofthe ACC wll revew your Constructon Plans. 8. After the Archtectural Control Commttee has revewed your Constructon Plans, they wll return your Constructon Plans to one ofthe Board Members wth ther comments The Board wll notfy you ofthe ACe's fndngs. 10. f any correctons are needed, they wll have to be corrected so that your plans are n complance wth the deed restrctons. 11. The Archtectural Control Commttee wll re-revew your Constructon Plans. 12. When correctons, f needed, are complete, the Board wll present the revsed Constructon Plans to an outsde Archtect for hs revew. 13. The Archtect wll go over all aspects of the Constructon Plans and wll share hs fndngs wth the Board. 14. The Archtect wll return the Constructon Plans to one of the Members of the Board. 15. One of the Board Members wll dscuss the Archtect's fndngs wth the Archtectural Control Commttee. 16. One of the Board Members wll contact you regardng the rulng on your Constructon Plans. 17. f your Constructon Plans are approved, the Board wll retan the Constructon Plans untl your home s completed. 18. f your Constructon Plans are not approved, then correctons wll need to be made and you wll have to repeat Steps Please be aware that the Archtect's Fee wll need to be pad agan. 19. Durng constructon a Member of the ACC wll perodcally revew the progress of your home to ensure that the house adheres to the approved Constructon Plans per the Archtectural Control Commttee Revew Form. 20. f changes that are not n complance wth the deed restrctons are made to your Constructon Plans after approval of your orgnal Constructon Plans, then your 2 Forest Cove Secton Homeowners Assoc.'s Gudelnes for Submttng Constructon Plans Revsed: 09/23/2014

3 Constructon Plans wll have to be resubmtted for approval. f constructon of the home has started, constructon wll have to cease untl the changes have been approved by the ACC. The foregong Forest Cove Secton Homeowners Assoc.'s Gudelnes for Submttng Constructon Plans Polcy was approved by a majorty vote of the Board of Drectors at whch a quorum was present, and now appears n the books and records of the Assocaton. Ths Polcy s effectve upon recordaton n the Publc Records of Galveston County, Texas and supersedes any polcy regardng Forest Cove Secton n Homeowners Assoc.'s Gudelnes for Submttng Constructon Plans Polcy whch may have prevously been n eff t.
