TAKE NOTCE that the Councl of the Corporaton of the Muncpalty of Thames Centre, at a publc meetng to be held on: March at 6: 15 pm wll consder the above noted applcaton. The publc meetng wll be held n the Councl Chambers n the Thames Centre Muncpal Offce, 4305 Hamlton Road, Dorchester, Ontaro. SUMMARY OF PROPOSED PLAN OF SUBDVSON The County of Mddlesex, as the approval authorty for plans of subdvson n the Muncpalty of Thames Centre, s n recept of an applcaton for a plan of subdvson n the Vllage of Dorchester. The proposed plan of subdvson would subdvde hectares (3. 3 acres) of land nto 18 buldng lots for sngle detached dwellngs. The property s desgnated `Resdental' n the Offcal Plan and s currently zoned ste specfc Future Development ( FD-3) n the Zonng By-law. The applcants have fled a re- zonng applcaton wth Thames Centre to re- zone the subject lands to ste specfc Frst Densty Resdental ( R1-#) to permt the resdental development to take place wth slghtly smaller nteror and exteror sde yards than permtted n the standard R1 Zone. Addtonal nformaton regardng ths proposed plan of subdvson s avalable for publc nspecton from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Frday at the Thames Centre Muncpal Offce at 4305 Hamlton Road n Dorchester.
