2 Location The Property is located circa 1 mile to the south west of Huddersfield town centre, within a predominantly residential area of the suburb of Thornton Lodge. Huddersfield is a large market town within West Yorkshire, circa 11 miles to south of Bradford city centre, 14 miles west of Wakefield city centre and 16 miles south west of Leeds city centre. Given the Property s location within the defined Huddersfield urban area, in a predominantly residential area, the reuse of the building for residential, office, storage or community related use may be acceptable in principle, but will require planning permission.
