Access is currently taken and is proposed through No s 529-, which has planning consent for a convenience store and parking (not for sale within this lot). The subject site comprises a former car garage, which has been vacant for a number of years, with a derelict corrugated iron/plaster board clad industrial warehouse on site. The majority of the remainder of the site is either overgrown or hard standing.
