The Situation The Bay Trees is situated in the very heart of the village being within a few minutes walk of the cliff top that fronts Christchurch Bay. The coastal village of Milford on Sea affords a good range of shops and general amenities clustered around the Village Green, all being within a few hundred yards of the property. The village is situated more or less equidistant between the Georgian market town of Lymington in the east, with its river, marinas and yacht clubs, and the comprehensive facilities of the town of New Milton in the west. Directions From Lymington continue west along the A337 to the village of Everton, turning left onto the B3058 (signed Milford on Sea). Continue along the B3058 Milford Road for approximately 1½ miles passing the Village Green on the left hand side. Continue for a distance of a further 300 yards where The Bay Trees will be seen situated on the left hand side.
