8 Directions From Exeter and the M5 follow the A38 and the A380 towards Torbay. 3 miles after Newton Abbot, turn right at a roundabout onto the A380 signposted Paignton and Brixham and follow signs to Brixham and Dartmouth. Join the A379 following similar signs and after about 1 mile, just beyond the garage turn right signposted Kingswear. After about 2 miles go straight over a roundabout and then immediately left for Kingswear. Follow the B3205 into the centre of the village, past the Kingswear Village Stores, and take the next left for Higher Street. The property can be found on the left hand side.
