Everything was done to a very high standard and hopefully the new owners will reap the rewards as well. The Perfect Ambience The property is of solid construction and it acts as a storage heater it s lovely and warm in the winter but it stays nice and cool in the summer, she said. The house is certainly user friendly too, containing many features that wouldn t necessarily grab your attention immediately, but that you d appreciate more and more as the years go by. It has been very handy to have a lobby area just off the kitchen, especially when it comes to unloading the shopping! Having the downstairs shower room has helped too. When speaking to the owner s daughter, it becomes clear that there s one part of this beautiful family home she s particularly fond of. From landscaping and re-lawning, to the general upkeep which they loved doing the garden has been looked after immaculately. With two state of the art greenhouses, which are available to purchase separately, and lots of space at your disposal, it really is a gardener s paradise. With only two neighbours for company, the property is quiet and secluded. It s so peaceful, but it was nice knowing that if my parents ever needed anyone or anything, there were lovely people on hand who were always happy to help. There is actually a small but very friendly community in Hoe, with a pretty church and active parish rooms at the heart of it.
