Arrieta beach is 10 minutes away, and the major northern tourist attractions of Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los Verdes and Mirador del Rio all within easy reach. There are a number of options to adapt the property for various uses.
3 House One House one is a three double bedroom, three bathroom property, with independent kitchen / diner and a living room which leads onto a conservatory, which in turn opens onto the main patio. Bedroom one is upstairs and is en-suite and features a solid wood floor, with exposed beams in a church roof and a Canarian balcony to the front. Bedrooms two and three are on the ground floor and feature wooden shuttered windows to the front, with bedroom two being en-suite and bedroom three next door to a family bathroom.
4 The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine and has ample storage and a safe. There is a large hallway leading to the lounge, which features a wood burning stove and the attached conservatory is UPVC double glazed.
5 House Two House two is a very large one bedroom property with separate entrance. Once again the kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and has direct access to the patio, as does the spacious lounge / dining room. There is a downstairs shower and toilet. The master bedroom suite is upstairs and has as dressing room, bathroom with feature free standing bath, and a massage shower. The bedroom has a very large picture window with incredible views across the valley. It leads onto a study / day room with sea views, which in turn opens onto a roof terrace.

7 Swimming Pool Area The swimming pool is a major feature of the house, offering the best of both worlds. Perspex covers easily slide across to create either an indoor pool for winter or an outdoor pool for summer. This has a major impact on year round usability and also has a dramatic effect on running costs. The pool is ten metres in length, and has Roman steps at the shallow end and a Counter Current to swim against at the deep end. It is fitted with an electric heater with titanium pump.
8 There is an outside shower, and a large built in barbecue area set in a magnificent natural stone wall.
9 Gardens Steps lead down from the patio to an extensively landscaped rockery filled with herbs and flowers. There is an automated irrigation system fitted. Beyond the rockery, there is a large plot with a feature palm tree in the centre. The front garden is a low maintenance cactus garden.
10 Outbuildings There is a large room at the front of the property, currently used to store scuba diving equipment, which could be used for other sports equipment or as another office / study. Behind the swimming pool, there is another outbuilding which is used for storing pool equipment and chemicals. There is also a single garage with up and over door at the front of the property. Options The current owners use house number two as their own home when on the island, and house number for family and friends who join them from time to time, and also for occasional rural holiday letting. The new owner could do the same, or they could choose to live in house number one and use house number two for family or for letting purposes. The location also lends itself to letting for sports people, scuba divers or outdoor enthusiasts, with an owner / coach living on site in house number two, while letting the three bedrooms to 6 people in house number one.
