It is the ideal place for a relaxing summer holiday with family and friends. The villa is elegant and smart, tastefully decorated with a dramatic colour scheme of red, white and black, complemented throughout with many wooden furnishings. On the first floor, the villa has an entrance hall and a spacious living and dining room with comfortable sofas, a flat screen, satellite TV, and a bar area with a wine cellar and games table. The dining table can seat up to fourteen people and the kitchen is well planned. There are also an office, WiFi internet and five safety deposit boxes for guests to use. The living area boasts a stunning view of the Mediterranean through a two-storey picture window and has direct access to the outdoor terrace. Sleeping for fourteen guests and two staff members is provided. The villa has four smart master bedrooms, one of which is located on the living room floor level. The other three master bedrooms are found on a lower level and are reached by descending a spectacular staircase. Each offers an incredible sea view, flat screen television in the bedroom as well as in the bathroom, air conditioning and direct outdoor access. There are three more double bedrooms, with separate bathrooms, and a studio for the staff with a double bed, bureau, television and private bathroom. For energetic guests there is a fully equipped sports room with running machines, a stationary bike and weights, as well as a hammam and bathroom. The villa has a cinema room with five chairs where guests can relax on the comfortable chaise lounges and be entertained! 2 windy days by dining on the back patio. The attractive heated pool is embraced by century old olive trees and towering palm trees, creating a shaded area for sitting and dining. There is a bar as well as a pool house with indoor and outdoor shower. Sporty guests can play a game of Ping-Pong on the game table available. The large garden is well maintained and adds to the tranquillity of this private villa in St Tropez with its mild Mediterranean climate. There is also a laundry and cold room for guests to make use of. Automatic gates, infra-red cameras and an alarm ensure that the villa has full security.
