AREAL Grundstücks- und Bauträgergesellschaft mbh with headquarters in Köln (Cologne) has been developing and constructing high-class residential and commercial buildings since This owner-operated real estate company acquires and develops parcels of land in the regions of Köln, Düsseldorf, Bonn and Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle).
