It offers a place for the whole family to enjoy featuring bicycle and jogging trails, open fields and courts to play sports, playgrounds, nature walks, benches for relaxation, monuments and art exhibition walls, water walkways and fountains as well as pavilion cafes. The waterway not only naturally cools the below ground shopping streets but it also provide a pleasant promenade and place to ensure outdoor dining and coffee. Urban and architectural features which consolidate all elements of the project were developed through painstaking research of great past and present urban environments throughout the world. Through imagination, the architects have combine great city spaces with breathe taking landscaping and unique timeless architecture with sophisticated interiors. The result is a project which aims to bring Abuja City to the international stage as a showcase. Its ambition is to present Heart of the City as not just a place for Nigerians live, work and play but a destination for the people of the world.

The developers have committed to delivering a project which reduces energy, water and waste during Sustainable Environment Looking after the Future and after construction. The sourcing of construction materials are close to the site to avoid unnecessary transport energy use.
