7 BROUGHTY FERRY Broughty Ferry is situated to the east of Dundee on the shore of the Firth of Tay. The Ferry has origins as a small pre-industrial fishing town clustered around Broughty Castle and was later transformed by the rise of a jute industry that financed many of Broughty Ferry s marvellous structures. Bathrooms and En Suites: Design is at the core of the products we have specified for our bathrooms and at the heart of this are the world renowned brands of VitrA and Grohe. From VitrA who are recognised for sophisticated aesthetics for their pottery and vanity cabinetry to Grohe who bring over 100 years of design and engineering to all the brassware which is often the chosen brand in many of the world s leading hotels. Lighting and Electrics: Where possible all light fittings have been specified as LED to ensure maximum efficiency for the apartments and to keep the carbon foot print as low as possible.
