19 DESIGN & ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES ARCHITECTURAL ETHOS Whilst taking cues from prevalent architectural language of Zimbali Lakes Resort, the distinctly-modern ethos of Boulevard Suites is expressed through the use of clean lines and aluminium louvres on the exterior. Large glazed facades maximise on the mild coastal climate by inviting natural light and warmth into buildings whilst the exterior louvres provide shade. The addition of natural timber feature panels serves to soften the hard, clean lines and marry the structure to blend comfortably with the greater natural environment of Zimbali Lakes Resort. SCHEDULE OF FINISHES: 1.
