Facade: Cavity wall formed of an outer leaf of brickwork, half a foot thick, cavity with thermal and sound insulation and an inner leaf. Roof: Roof with curved tiles on pitch or a flat roof with a paved surface, depending on the area, both with thermal and sound insulation. Outside finishes: Facade finished with mortar rendering and stone paint in a colour to be chosen by the Technical Management. Pergolas and facade ornamental elements are made of wood treated for exteriors (for apartments stated in the project). COVERINGS Floors White stoneware flooring from the Porcelanosa Group or similar in the hall, corridor, living room and bedrooms, with a skirting board made of the same material. KITCHEN Kitchen fixtures and fittings formed of tall and low furniture with a stainless steel sink set into a granite worktop with a single lever

6 mixer tap. Kitchens will also be equipped with a glass-ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood and a combi fridge freezer. INSTALLATIONS Plumbing Plumbing using copper pipes. PVC pipes will be used for drains. Inlets and outlets for dishwasher and washing machine. Water inlets on terraces. Hot sanitary water production: using an electric heater. Electricity Electrical installation that can be inspected in accordance with REBT (Electronic Regulations for Low Voltage).
