13 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The Estate Eshowe Hills Eco & Golf Estate is a 110 hectare residential estate, ideal for the individual who is searching for quality laid back, country living. The entire estate is enclosed and 80% of the estate will remain open and undeveloped, so residents will be able to enjoy the spectacular scenery, pristine Dlinza forest, game viewing and bird watching whilst sitting on their verandahs.
