The purpose of this application is to request the consent of the Committee of Adjustment to convey a parcel of land marked "A" on the attached sketch for the creation of a new lot, together with all required easements and right of ways, for residential purposes, and retain the lands marked "B" on the attached sketch for residential purposes. There are two single family dwellings proposed, one to be on the subject lands and one to be on the retained lands. BACKGROUND INFORMATION The lands which are subject to these applications were also the subject of other applications under the Planning Act: B15/16, A239/16, A24/16 & A241/16 to be heard with this application. Sketches are attached illustrating the request. The above noted application was heard by the Committee of Adjustment on JULY 21, 216.
