Method of Sale We are instructed to offer the land by private treaty inviting offers for the whole with the intention of achieving exchange of contracts as soon as possible with completion set for 1st September A deposit of 10% of the purchase price will be payable on exchange of contracts. Tel: Location The land is situated in central Mid Suffolk being eight miles north of Stowmarket and 10 miles south of Diss. The land is located adjacent to the B1113 with two gateways directly off the public highway. Description The land comprises a productive block of arable land contained in one parcel. In total, the land extends to approximately acres (16.40 ha) and is shown for identification purposes outlined red on the enclosed plan. The land is shown as Grade 3 on the former MAFF Land Classification map and of the Beccles 1 (711r) Association and Hanslope (411d) Association soil type, being a chalky till suitable for the growing of arable crops and grass. VAT Should any sale of the land, or any right attached to it become a chargeable supplier for the purpose of VAT, such VAT shall be payable by the purchaser in addition to the contract price.
