4 POSSESSION The land is let to 10 th October 2015, but no holdover is required for the crops and possession of most of the land will be available after the current cereal crops are cleared. An area of stubble will be required to hold a sale of machinery and implements and for associated car parking. Early entry may be permitted upon payment of a double deposit, in order that the purchaser can carry out cultivations, etc., at his own risk. BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME The land is registered with the Rural Payments Agency and has been used to activate entitlements under the Basic Payment Scheme. The entitlements are included in the sale and will be transferred to the Purchaser of each Lot (or their nominee), if appropriate. The outgoing Tenant will retain all payments in respect of the 2015 claim year.
