When you can afford to, you can start staircasing. The cost of any additional shares you buy will be based on your hoe s arket value at that tie. Shared Ownership is designed so that both your ortgage deposit and your onthly housing costs will be lower than if you were to buy the sae hoe outright. With Shared Ownership, you can increase the share that you own as and when you can afford to. Hoe ownership in affordable stages Shared Ownership is for anyone who cannot afford to buy a suitable hoe on the open arket, but you will need to eet a iniu household incoe requireent (this is calculated on an individual basis), and ust be able to pay for your ortgage valuation survey, legal fees and stap duty (when applicable).
