8 Buying a home at Canterbury Court Reservation and Deposit Upon reservation the Purchaser must pay a deposit of subject to contract. The Purchaser must also provide full details of their solicitor, so that Preston Bennett, our selling agent, can contact them in due course. If, for any reason, the reservation is cancelled by Giles Homes before the exchange date, the deposit will be returned in full. If the Purchaser fails to exchange contracts by the agreed date and Giles Homes subsequently cancels the reservation, or if the Purchaser withdraws at anytime, Giles Homes shall be entitled to retain all or part of this deposit, subject to a minimum of Exchange of Contracts The date for the exchange of contracts should be strictly adhered to.
