10 CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Customer will pay a commitment fee of ksh 88,000 which is recoverable when the contract is awarded. This cash is to cater for the designs plans, Bill of quantities, site visits and all technical advices. 2. The customer will present the drawings to their local authorities for approval and present an approaved plan to us for work to commence. 3. Payment terms will be agreed, and we accept all financing arrangements with reputable financial institutions. 4. Flat and compact ground, with floor slab. This must meet our standards in the Bill of quantities and as approved by the authorities. 5. Security on site 6. Water and source of power on site 7.
